A welcoming place
to see things differently.
Completed in 2019, Re.spect Eye Care brings an optical boutique and clinical spaces together in Calgary’s Inglewood neighbourhood. The interior pairs warm wood millwork with black metal framing, a quiet neutral palette and carefully layered light.
Illuminated shelves give eyewear and collected objects room to stand out. Globe pendants mark the central dispensing table, while wood ceiling beams draw the eye through the space. A lounge, greenery and a colourful travel-inspired mural add a relaxed, personal character.
The material palette continues into the fitting and examination areas, connecting the public-facing showroom with the everyday work of the clinic.
